Kim, the founder of KISS Designs, has always had a passion for transforming spaces. From a young age, she enjoyed redesigning rooms in her home, though her career initially took a different path in the fashion industry, where she spent nearly a decade developing a strong eye for style, color, and detail.

After stepping away to raise her two sons, Kim returned to the workforce as a Market Development Manager for an appliance company. In this role, she collaborated closely with kitchen and interior designers while also leading the design and staging of showroom displays and kitchen vignettes—further strengthening her expertise in home staging, space planning, and interior design.

In 2022, while completing two extensive bathroom remodels in her own home, Kim reconnected with her passion for design. Following a deeply personal loss of losing her younger son later that year, she made the decision to fully pursue that passion and turn it into something meaningful. In 2023, she founded KISS Designs, focusing on professional home staging and design services that help homeowners create beautiful, functional spaces and prepare their homes for the market.

Today, KISS Designs proudly serves homeowners and real estate professionals throughout Denver, Longmont, Boulder, and surrounding Colorado communities, helping clients transform their spaces and make a lasting impression.
