  • Up to 4 hours in-home staging, as well as photograph the transformations as we go

Do you have a larger home (over 2000 square feet) that could use more than a few hours of work?  No problem!

  • Full staging of key areas in your home
  • Strategic furniture placement and layout design
  • Styling each space for a cohesive, model-home feel
  • Adding finishing touches to create emotional buyer connection
  • Designed to maximize impact in both photos and showings
  • We will work for up to 7 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to seven hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)
